What we cannot do
We cannot change how a platform draws an emoji — that artwork belongs to Apple, Google, Samsung and the rest, and they redraw it between releases without asking anyone. We cannot make a platform accept a character it filters. And we cannot tell you what someone meant by a particular face in a particular message; we can only tell you how it is commonly used.
